Maintenance

Whether indoor or outdoor, all our arenas are maintained with the same level of excellence.

Every track is harrowed daily. They are all equipped with an automatic irrigation system. Each surface has been carefully engineered to optimize the well-being and performance of the horses.

Our center benefits from a unique expertise as it hosts the GreenConsult research office, a specialist in turfgrass and the design and maintenance of high-performance grass sports fields. This expertise has contributed to the development of some of the most world-renowned arenas, such as those for the Sunshine Tour in Montenmedio, the Global Tour in Estoril, and the Longines Global Champions Tour in Valkenswaard (Netherlands).

A Secure Entrance

Access to the center is exclusive and controlled: the main gate’s opening is individually programmable. It can also be remotely controlled.

Our Main Building

This large multipurpose building houses both living spaces and modern equestrian facilities. It includes 4 studios/apartments intended for staff professional housing.

It also features two renovated stables with fifteen stalls, as well as solariums, wash bays, and tack rooms. The entire complex has been designed to offer a functional and comfortable setting, perfectly adapted to the needs of both staff and horses.

Our Meadows

Our meadows are fenced with three wooden rails and reach a height of 1.60 meters, ensuring optimal safety for your horses.

Located in direct proximity to nature reserves, they offer privileged access to dozens of kilometers of diverse paths – flat or hilly – without having to use any roads.

Certain areas are temporarily closed depending on the season to allow for essential maintenance: fertilization, selective weeding, and overseeding… thus ensuring high-quality grass all year round.

For riders who wish to be close to the meadows, a temporary stable can also be made available.

Our Paddocks

Developed in 2025, the Stud Farm has expanded its center to install fifteen paddocks across 2 hectares of fresh grass. Each paddock is enclosed with secure fencing, making them ideal for rest, relaxation, or turnout.

A Programmable Walker

Fully renovated, we feature a secure and programmable 4-horse walker.

Off-site Facilities

In addition to the facilities reserved for riders, we provide outdoor training tracks as well as marathon obstacles, including a water crossing, specifically designed for driving.

They are located opposite the center and are just a 5-minute walk away.
